Adaptation 0B12 of the infotainment unit (Summer_Time_Shift_Method in the MIB3 firmware adaptation table): 00 — no change, 01 — manual, 02 — Europe, 03 — USA, 04 — automatic. Russia has no daylight saving time, yet with Europe set the MMI clock jumps by an hour twice a year. Automatic takes the time zone from navigation. Unit 5F on MQB Evo is SFD-protected — you need a token for unit 5F. To restore the previous value, roll back from history.
