One App Store purchase works on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The function catalogue is shared and updates from the server.

MMI language, CarPlay, radio logos, lights, sounds, instrument cluster. Each has an honest status: verified on a car or a map only.
Toggle · “now / after” sceneEvery changed byte is visible before the write. A backup is made automatically, and the logbook keeps before → after.
Logbook · “Written” stamp · roll backLong coding for any control unit: HEX and single bits, with what will change highlighted.
DIP switches of a byteFault codes from every unit with failure type, status, mileage and time. Clearing only after you confirm.
“Faulty” and “under check” tagsUnit protection status, the activation request and token entry right in the app. A ring of locks per unit.
Brass “SFD 5F” tagPart numbers, software versions and FAZIT for every unit after a single scan. The car is recognised by its parts, not by guesswork.
Unit scan · 26 onlineThe function swaps the Cantonese slot in dataset 720C for Russian and recalculates the checksum. Length and all other bytes stay the same, so rolling back is a plain write of the original from the backup.
No wiring diagrams or checksum calculators — Odyx checks everything itself.
ELM327 over Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi or USB, or a DoIP cable. Odyx checks the adapter, the link to the car and the voltage.
Odyx polls the units, recognises the car by its parts and shows what is on, what can be turned on and which units wait for SFD.
“Now / after” scene, backup, write. Changed your mind? Put it back from the logbook.
The function catalogue updates from the server: new cars and functions arrive without an app update.
Compatibility with a particular car, unit and firmware is not guaranteed: Odyx checks the unit and will not offer a map that does not fit it.
Odyx works with inexpensive ELM327 adapters and with a DoIP cable.
Odyx Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. On iPhone, iPad and Mac it is bought in the App Store, in the Android app — by bank card.
The SFD token is issued separately and may be paid. The set of functions depends on the trim and firmware: what your car can do is visible for free on the Features tab before you pay.
Odyx does not ask for an account. The VIN and car data stay on your device. Usage statistics and crash reports go to AppMetrica without the VIN and can be turned off in settings. Website analytics runs only with your consent.
Privacy policy →Only to download the function catalogue the first time. After that Odyx works offline: the catalogue is stored on the device, and the link to the car does not use the internet.
For iPhone and iPad — an ELM327 with Bluetooth LE, for example vLinker MC+ or Vgate iCar Pro. On a Mac, USB and a DoIP (ENET) cable work too.
SFD protects control units on newer VAG cars: without activation a unit refuses changes. Odyx shows the request string and accepts the activation token. Odyx itself does not issue or sell tokens and does not bypass SFD.
Any write to control units carries risk. Odyx shows changes in advance, keeps a backup and lets you put things back, but the decision to write is yours. Read the safety rules first.
There is no account, and the VIN and car data stay on the device. The iPhone, iPad and Android app sends usage statistics and crash reports to AppMetrica (Yandex) without the VIN; you can turn them off in settings. Notifications, problem reports and card payments share data only when you act. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes: Odyx has a demo car — a whole car in memory. You can learn every screen with zero risk.
