Driving school mode in MMI

The vehicle menu gets a mode for learner driving.

What changes

Unit 5F, object 0B1B (vehicle menu): byte 34, bits 7 and 5 = 1. The MMI gets a driving school mode item, including above the speed threshold.

Details

The menu_display_driving_school and menu_display_driving_school_over_threshold_high items from the MIB3 firmware adaptation table. There are no reports of this write on an A3 8Y MIB3 yet — check the menu after the restart. The MMI restarts after the write. Unit 5F on MQB Evo is SFD-protected — a token for unit 5F is required. To turn off — the same bits set to 0.

How to enable it in Odyx
