Climate 08, adaptation 02B0 = 00 (factory 05). While the climate control is on, the engine does not stop at standstill.
Details
Climate adaptation 02B0 'comfort parameter for Start/Stop': 05 from the factory; with 00 the climate control no longer allows the engine to be stopped. This does not switch Start/Stop off entirely: the block applies while the climate control is on (A/C or AUTO); with the climate control off the engine stops at standstill again. The method is confirmed on A4 B9 and Q5 FY; gateway (19) changes are reverted or do not work on these cars. To restore factory behaviour, use the 'factory' option or roll back from the history.
