Module 09: object 0A6E, byte 1, bit 0 = 1 (0D0D, byte 5, bit 5 = 1 on a coded module). Folded mirrors unfold on unlocking instead of when the ignition is switched on.
Details
When to unfold the mirrors after folding on lock: on unlocking the car or when the ignition is switched on. Only with power-folding mirrors. 'Mirror folding — remote control / in the vehicle menu' are factory operations for the Q3 F3; one owner had to re-enable folding in the MMI menu after coding module 09. The map comes in two variants — object 0A6E (module without long coding) or 0D0D (module with a filled long coding); Odyx uses whichever object the module has. Access code 31347; the module accepts changes only with the bonnet open. Rollback: write the object backup from the history.
