What changes

Comfort system 46, long coding, byte 35, bit 0 = 0 (automatic_lock_not_at mmi). A switch for locking while driving appears in the central locking settings.

Details

From the factory the doors lock above 15 km/h, and the menu cannot turn it off. After writing, the item appears in the central locking settings; if it is not there right away, switch the ignition off and on. On the Touareg CR, unit 46 answers on 29-bit CAN. The map is confirmed by one source for the Touareg CR — check the result after writing. To revert, set the same bit to 1.

How to enable it in Odyx

  1. Plug an ELM327 Bluetooth LE adapter into the OBD port (on a Mac also Wi‑Fi, USB or DoIP).
